Overview

On the morning he is supposed to collect his bride, Ye Fan is put through every petty humiliation her family can think of. He swallows all of it to finish what three years together were building toward. Then his fiancée puts a prenuptial agreement in front of him, and its terms are badly lopsided: if he breaks them, he owes 1.2 million yuan. When negotiations go nowhere, she calls off the wedding in front of everyone, sure the humiliation will make him back down. Her best friend, Su Yue, comes from a wealthy family and is about to matter far more than anyone expects.
