The young man chooses to marry the girl he loves instead of entering into an arranged marriage with someone he does not love, and rejects his father's fortune. He begins to live a life of friendship with the poor, honesty, and true, sincere love. However, the heartless businessman is determined to destroy both their love and the neighborhood.
