Nikita Ellinsky, also known as Nik Ellinsky, is an independent screenwriter, director and producer. Since 2017 he has worked in film and video production, with more than 150 projects filmed in 11 countries from Russia to the Philippines. He made his feature debut with the mystery thriller "Let Me Out" (Vypusti menya, 2024), released theatrically in Russia: he co-authored the idea and the screenplay, served as one of its creative producers and appeared in it as an actor. With Mikhail Konstantinov he co-directed and co-wrote the short films "The Phase" (2023) and "The Room" (2024), playing the lead in both. He also wrote and directed the mini-series "The Journey Home", filmed in Thailand, in which he plays the lead. His fashion film "Install Future" won three awards at Fashion Film Festival 2025, including Best Producer and Best Screenplay, and "Moments with Loved Ones", which he co-directed, was named Best Social Project at the Zilant festival in 2025. His work is drawn to the inner transformation of a person, the tension between freedom and fate, and the thin line between reality and imagination.
