Aristotle Onassis, Raffaella Carrà, Cantinflas, Celia Cruz, John Wayne, Chabuca Granda, and Armando Manzanero were among the people who enjoyed the dishes of the master of ceviche, Pedro Solari. A self-taught cook and the inventor of modern ceviche, he began cooking at the age of 12. Now over 93 years old, he continues to serve the public at his restaurant in Lima.
